ISECG releases a document discussing the benefits stemming from space exploration

September 20, 2013

Recognising the importance of delivering value to people on Earth, agencies participating in the International Space Exploration Coordination Group (ISECG) conducted a dialogue to share their views and lessons learned on the nature and significance of the benefits resulting from space exploration.

The resulting paper describes the fundamental benefits which are expected to flow from continued investment in the missions and activities described in the Global Exploration Roadmap.

While not intended as the final word on exploration's societal relevance, the paper reflects the strong commitment by space agencies to deliver benefits to society.
